Primestin Care offers an enhanced telehealth experience, tailored specifically to Zion HealthShare members. With unlimited\u00a0\u00a024\/7 virtual access to licensed healthcare providers, Primestin Care will simplify your healthcare experience and provide high-quality care. Members also have access to mental health support and specialized services for families. Some key features Primestin Care offers are:<\/p>\n For children under 13, Primestin\u2019s case management team assists families in locating age-appropriate therapy providers within their network. Services are offered at the same discounted rates.<\/p>\n Direct Members:<\/strong> Primestin Care is included at no additional cost.<\/p>\n Essential Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Primestin Care is available as an add-on with affordable pricing based on your membership tier:<\/p>\n This add-on provides Essential Members with the same comprehensive access to Primestin Care\u2019s virtual services.<\/p>\n The primary member on the household membership will receive a welcome email with instructions to:<\/p>\n Primestin Care will officially replace Teladoc and LifeWorks starting\u00a0January 1, 2025<\/strong>.
