This change affects individuals and companies whose Zion HealthShare enrollment, billing or membership\u00a0is currently managed through\u00a0Planstin.\u00a0If your membership is already enrolled and billed directly through Zion HealthShare, no action is\u00a0required.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Planstin\u00a0has\u00a0announced that beginning September 1, 2026, a $30 monthly Program Support Fee will apply to each Zion HealthShare membership that\u00a0remains\u00a0on its platform. This fee is separate from the\u00a0monthly contribution associated with Zion HealthShare membership.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Program\u00a0Support Fee is\u00a0established\u00a0and billed by\u00a0Planstin. It is not a fee charged by Zion HealthShare.<\/p>\n
If you or your company chooses to transition enrollment and billing directly to Zion HealthShare, you do not need to wait until your renewal date. Moving directly to Zion HealthShare will not create a gap or lapse in your membership, restart your membership, or interrupt the processing of sharing requests. If you have already canceled, or choose to cancel, your Planstin-administered enrollment, Zion HealthShare can reinstate your membership without restarting any applicable waiting periods, as long as you enroll directly with Zion HealthShare within 30 days of cancellation. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If your Zion HealthShare membership is through\u00a0Planstin\u00a0Individual and you do not want to pay the new $30 monthly fee, you can enroll with us directly. Planstin\u00a0is a\u00a0Third-Party\u00a0Administrator\u00a0(TPA)\u00a0that\u00a0offers\u00a0self-funded health benefit packages and alternative medical coverage models for small-to-medium-sized businesses and individuals.<\/p>\n
For\u00a0several\u00a0years,\u00a0Planstin\u00a0has\u00a0provided\u00a0administrative and operational\u00a0support to Zion HealthShare\u00a0through\u00a0a\u00a0formal\u00a0Business Services\u00a0Agreement.\u00a0This has included the enrollment, billing, and administration of some Zion HealthShare memberships.\u00a0<\/p>\n
If I am a\u00a0member\u00a0of Zion\u00a0HealthShare, do I\u00a0need to\u00a0change or update anything?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
