Our efficient processes ensure we handle the increased workload effectively. Currently we process most sharing requests within 2-4 weeks, and with many sometimes completed earlier. Despite our large membership base, we maintain this swift processing timeline. We have invested in state-of-the-art technology and streamlined workflows to handle the increased volume without compromising on service quality.
We are dedicated to maintaining this efficiency and continuously seek ways to enhance our processes and member experience. Our infrastructure is designed to scale with our growth, ensuring that we can continue to provide excellent service as our membership expands. We regularly review and upgrade our systems to stay ahead of the curve and meet our members’ evolving needs.
