As a nonprofit, we are redefining healthcare through an affordable, community-driven alternative to health insurance. We provide a transparent, flexible approach to medical cost sharing, free from network restrictions, religious requirements, and enrollment limitations. Rooted in simplicity and compassion, our mission is to ensure members can access the care they need with the support of a reliable community.

The Zion Difference

Membership in our medical cost sharing community is not health insurance. We are a nonprofit with fewer administrative costs, which helps us keep costs down compared to insurance. We also offer the freedom and flexibility to work with your choice of providers rather than be tied to a specific network like insurance.

Unlike many other health sharing communities, we do not have any religious requirement to join. We provide a transparent, innovative, community-driven approach to managing healthcare costs that is open to individuals, families, companies, and organizations.
