Direct Membership Pricing

Please select age of the oldest member of your household membership as well as the membership type. Once you have made your selections, our rates will appear and you can see pricing options.

Step 1: Select the age of the oldest member of your household

This refers to the age of the oldest member of your household who will be included in your membership.

Step 2: Select your membership type

Member Only: Includes only yourself as an individual
Member & Spouse: Includes only yourself and spouse
Member and Child(ren): Includes only yourself and children
Member and Family: Includes yourself, your spouse, and your child(ren)

Step 3: Determine your Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA)

This is the amount you will pay per eligible medical incident when you incur medical expenses deemed eligible for sharing in our Member Guidelines. Once your paid medical expenses rise above the threshold of your IUA, the eligible medical costs become shareable with the community. Members are only required to pay their IUA a maximum of up to three times per rolling 12 month period.
