We know our Zion HealthShare affiliates work hard to provide the best services to their clients.

That’s why we want to make it easy for you to offer our affordable health share memberships to individuals, families, companies and organizations. When you join the Zion HealthShare affiliate program, we will provide you with a personal affiliate link, our logo, educational information, and marketing assets—all shareable with your clients.

Fill out our quick Affiliate application form to get started and schedule your orientation meeting. A member of our affiliate sales team will then walk you through how a partnership with Zion HealthShare can benefit business. Once you sign your affiliate agreement, you can start earning commission on your Zion HealthShare registrations.

Please note, referred members who are residents of Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Montana are not eligible for our program.
