Zion HealthShare simplifies membership with easy steps. Join by agreeing to our Principles, making monthly contributions, and being a US or Puerto Rico resident. Additional rules apply for children, newborns, and tobacco users.
We do offer two membership options to fit your needs: An all-inclusive Direct Membership with added benefits like Teladoc consultations and preventive care sharing, or the customizable Essential Membership that lets you tailor your options.
