Zion HealthShare is proud to be a nonprofit organization health share helping families share medical costs and easing the financial burden of healthcare. The Additional Giving fund is used solely to assist members who have a sharing request that would not normally qualify for sharing.

Guidelines for Sharing
From the Additional Giving Fund
- Members looking to request sharing from the Additional Giving fund must still meet their IUA before the sharing request becomes eligible for sharing.
- It is possible that members who apply for sharing from the Additional Giving fund may only have part of their costs shared.
- All members who fulfill their membership responsibilities and follow the Member Guidelines are eligible to apply for assistance through Additional Giving via an Additional Giving request. Members may apply when they have a request that does not meet sharing eligibility guidelines.
- Must be a member for at least 6 continuous months to apply
Needs NOT considered for sharing with Additional Giving Funds
- Any medical expenses outlined within the Membership Guideline section MEDICAL EXPENSES INELIGIBLE FOR SHARING.
- Membership guidelines maximums will still apply.
- Any medical expense that goes against the Principles of Membership (e.g., illegal acts).
Donate to Additional Giving
Our Additional Giving Fund is used solely to assist members who have a sharing request that would not normally qualify for sharing. It is separate from the standard monthly contributions and relies entirely on the generosity of members and donors.
