Joining is as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Select a membership

We offer two different membership types: Direct and Essential. The Direct Membership is all-inclusive and automatically includes additional services like Teladoc and Preventive Sharing. The Essential Membership is a basic membership that is customizable to fit your exact needs.

2. Sign up

Once you have decided on the membership type, you can sign up directly from our website or call our Member Care team for 1-on-1 support.

3. Start sharing

When you experience an eligible medical need, submit a sharing request, pay your pre-determined IUA, and let the community share the rest.

Direct Membership Features

Direct Membership Pricing

You may choose from an IUA of $1,000, $2,500, or $5,000. This is the amount you will pay when you incur medical expenses deemed eligible for sharing. Once your paid medical expenses rise above the threshold of your IUA, the eligible medical costs become shareable with the community.
