Zion HealthShare launched a new member portal on October 1, 2026, introducing an updated platform for members to access their memberships and manage monthly contribution payments. The launch also includes a new payment processor designed to support more reliable payment processing.
The portal is part of Zion HealthShare’s work to improve the systems members use to manage their memberships. Accessing an account and making a monthly contribution are routine parts of membership, and problems with those processes can create unnecessary frustration. The new platform addresses these practical needs with an updated account experience and a change to the system that processes contributions.

A central part of the launch is the transition to a new payment processor. Reliability was a priority in making this change, with the goal of reducing payment disruptions and the additional time members and staff spend resolving them. The updated system supports the collection of monthly contributions that allow members to participate in the medical cost-sharing community.
Existing members are receiving email invitations to connect their memberships to the new portal. Members who pay their contributions directly to Zion HealthShare will also need to enter their payment information as part of the transition. Instructions are provided directly to members, and Member Support is available to assist with questions.
The portal launch follows another October 1 update: Zion HealthShare’s move to a direct relationship with Teladoc for eligible members’ virtual care services. Together, these changes reflect attention to specific parts of the member experience, including how members access services and manage their accounts.
For Zion HealthShare, supporting members includes both helping them navigate medical cost sharing and maintaining dependable systems behind that experience. The new portal and payment processor are part of that ongoing work.
